Service Provider Agreement

When using AtheneGPT.ai for the creation and hosting of your own custom bots for Discord or other platforms, AtheneGPT.ai acts solely as a Service Provider, requiring you to agree to our Terms of Service as well as the following terms of our Service Provider Agreement.

1. Service Provider Responsibilities

You (the "Client") authorize AtheneGPT.ai ("Service Provider") to access Discord's APIs and/or other platform APIs on your behalf to facilitate the creation and operation of AI bots on social media accounts or within your Discord server(s). The Service Provider acts solely as a technical intermediary, providing infrastructure for bot deployment and management.

For Discord, AtheneGPT.ai operates solely on your behalf as a Service Provider as defined in Discord's Developer Terms of Service. This means that AtheneGPT.ai will only access and use Discord's APIs and API data at your discretion and on your behalf, to provide you with services related to the configuration and operation of your bot. AtheneGPT.ai will never use your API data for any other purpose than to serve you and will never use your API data, including user messages, for its benefit or to train machine learning/AI models such as LLMs, neural networks or any algorithmic training systems.

2. Client Obligations & Liability

  • You assume full responsibility for all activities conducted through your AI bot(s), including compliance with Discord Terms of Service and Developer Policy as well as the Terms of Service and other policies of any other platforms that you may connect your bot with.
  • You must immediately notify AtheneGPT.ai of any unauthorized access or API misuse.
  • You retain ownership of all custom bot configurations but grant AtheneGPT.ai a license to host and execute these configurations.
  • You are fully responsible for AtheneGPT.ai's access to Discord APIs on your behalf and accept liability for any misuse or violations as if they were your own.

    • 3. Platform Compliance Requirements

    AtheneGPT.ai strictly adheres to the Terms of Service of other platforms that our AIs may connect with, including Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Developer Terms of Service. Any use of AtheneGPT.ai's services to violate, exploit, or circumvent the terms or policies of other platforms such as Discord is strictly prohibited.

    4. Termination

    AtheneGPT.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of this agreement, our Terms of Service or the Discord Developer Terms.

    By continuing to use AtheneGPT.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Service Provider Agreement, our Terms of Service, the Discord Developer Terms of Service and any other relevant policies regarding the platforms your bots are operating with.
